Returns & Re-sizing
All of our products can be returned within a 30-day window of receiving your item and if your ring doesn't fit when it arrives, you can also request for a re-size within 7-days of receiving your ring.
We can always assure you that if you have returned your item correctly by following the guidelines of our policy, you will receive a full refund directly into your bank account. When we receive your item, it will be closely inspected and checked over to make sure there is no foul play and once we have taken it through these various checks you will be refunded.
Returning an Item
Below, we take you through the 3 main stages if you are looking to return or re-size you item safely and correctly. Please note that when you request a return, we will take you through the process and make sure that you are doing everything perfectly.

Once the details of your return have been confirmed, you can then package the item into it's original box safely and securely.
With the confirmation of your return has been confirmed, you will be sent a QR code that you can scan at any Royal Mail, they will handle the rest.
